This is a Norway Speycaster 16' #9-10 Four Piece rod, with the classic Norway Speycaster action. It is finished in a polished carbon finish, with black whippings throughout. The cork handle has been lightly used, and it has a Fuji screw winch reel fitting. It is not one of the more recent Mk II models.
